Clyde & Co is delighted to announce that Judith Donnelly has joined the firm's growing Pensions practice in London.
Judith's practice includes advising trustees, employers, banks and fund managers on all aspects of pensions law.
Judith has particular expertise advising on issues relating to the investment of pension fund assets having previously worked in the investment management industry and sits on the Investment Sub-Committee of the Society of Pensions Lawyers.
Her experience includes advising on documentation for hedge funds, private equity funds and infrastructure funds, as well as advising trustees and employer on employer debt issues and on pensions aspects of corporate deals and reorgansiations.

Judith started her career as an in-house lawyer for an investment management company before joining the, Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority (Opra, now the Pensions Regulator) as a regulatory lawyer. She has also worked for Linklaters and most recently Greenberg Traurig Maher.
